ADT runs an office in Southern Somalia that aims to:

1. Provide the community in with focal point for a range of spiritual, social, cultural, economic, educational and training activities;
2. Advance public knowledge;
3. Enable the community to develop a greater self-confidence through a sense of belonging;
4. Help the community to be at one with itself in order to participate pro-actively in the society;
5. Co-produce with the local communities, voluntary and statutory agencies and the wider community as a whole;
6. Work in close partnership with the statutory and voluntary sector, integrating and complementing the organisation’s services with existing provisions.
